Sectional Title Statistics

542 sectional title sales have been recorded for the year to date with the median price sitting at R2 925 000 representing a growth of 10.38% from 2021.


These numbers are good news for property owners on the Atlantic Seaboard and show that the market is slowly recovering from the correction, which happened between 2018 and 2020.
