Twenty property transfers worth a combined R161 million had been registered across Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl for July 2026 by the mid-August cut-off. This report details those transfers, with sold prices (not asking prices), rates per square metre and days on market, and compares the early figures with June.

What the Numbers Tell Us

Apartments led the month.

Sectional title stock accounted for 17 of July's 20 registrations. The Atlantic Seaboard's apartment market did the heavy lifting, topped by R29 million at No 3 Pitlochry Road in Camps Bay and R27.5 million at The Odyssey in Green Point.

Well-priced stock moved fast

Shoreham in Three Anchor Bay sold in one day, Grove House in Sea Point in three, and No 3 Pitlochry Road in just 17. The early results suggest that accurately priced properties can still attract buyers quickly.
